Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.
